If you have logged on to There PH 90 days before the migration period began on Aug 28 you should have a new avatar in There USA with the value of your PH assets. You will receive an email with your avatar name and further instructions for logging in.

Instructions for locating the Philippines Neighborhood and other Filipinos in There.
1. PLACES SEARCH
 
  1. In There click the Places button and choose "Find a Place"
  2. Click the "Places Search" text link at the upper left
  3. On the search page, type "Philippines" in the search box and hit Enter
  4. A list containing links to all Lots within the Neighborhood Zone and the Neighborhood Zone itself will show up. Click "Visit" in any listing to teleport.
2. There Maps
The Philippines Neighborhood is listed on the There Maps feature
  1. In There click the Places button and choose "Map"
  2. At the lower right of the Maps page, under "Quick Links" choose "New Kansas"
  3. The Philippines Neighborhood is located on an island south of mainland New Kansas. Click the green Neighborhood icon for zone information and a teleport link.
 
  1. In There launch the in-world web browser: click the There button at the lower left of the client window and choose "Browser"
  2. In the URL address box, paste this address: http://webapps.prod.there.com/funzone/funzone?op=view&id=532596684 and click Enter.
  3. The Philippines Neighborhood zone page will load. Click the Visit button to teleport.
